Commercial window film projects from East Coast Window Films across South Jersey and nearby Pennsylvania. These jobs cover ceramic film for heat and UV, frosted privacy, custom decorative film, and mixed-use storefront glass.
Benari Jewelers – Commercial Ceramic Window Film for Heat and UV Protection
Newtown Square, PA
Benari Jewelers had a corner retail storefront with south- and west-facing glass that took on strong afternoon sun. Heat was building up inside the display area, and UV exposure was a concern for merchandise near the windows.
East Coast Window Films installed Huper Optik Ceramic 40 on the affected storefront glass to reduce infrared heat, block UV, and keep the glass looking clean and neutral from the outside. The film cuts solar heat on the sunny elevations while keeping a bright retail look without a mirrored appearance.
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Film: Huper Optik Ceramic 40
Application: Commercial window film for heat and UV control on retail storefront glass

Decorative Privacy Film for Retail and Office Storefront Glass
Swedesboro, NJ
This retail / office storefront in Swedesboro had clear glass that left valuables, desks, and interior activity visible from the street, especially after dark. The goal was to improve privacy without closing off the space or losing natural daylight.
East Coast Window Films installed white frost decorative privacy film at controlled heights across the storefront glass. The film blocks direct sight lines into sensitive areas while still allowing daylight to enter above the privacy line. The finished result gives the storefront day-and-night privacy, a cleaner exterior appearance, and a more professional look without blinds, curtains, or construction build-outs.
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Film: White frost decorative privacy film
Application: Banded storefront privacy with daylight kept above the frost line. See privacy window film and decorative window film

Green Initiative Dispensary – Custom Decorative Storefront Film
Wenonah, NJ
Green Initiative Dispensary in Wenonah needed storefront glass that provided privacy while also supporting the brand’s visual identity. The project included large storefront panels and a prominent triangle gable window, both of which needed a clean, intentional finish.
East Coast Window Films installed custom green decorative window film across the storefront and gable glass. The finished film created a strong brand-matched appearance from the exterior while improving privacy inside the retail space. The before-and-after photos show the transformation from open clear glass to a polished storefront with custom green privacy panels.
Location: Wenonah, NJ
Film: Custom green decorative window film
Application: Brand-matched decorative window film for storefront privacy and exterior identity

444 North Fourth – Mixed-Use Commercial Window Film
Philadelphia, PA
At 444 North Fourth in Philadelphia, East Coast Window Films completed a board-approved mixed-use window film project for the ground-floor glass bays and transoms. The project required a balance between privacy, daylight, and a consistent exterior appearance.
We installed darker film on the main vision glass and lighter film on the transoms. The darker vision film adds daytime privacy from the sidewalk (harder to see in from outside in daylight) while the lighter transoms keep more daylight moving through the space. The finished elevation gives the building a cleaner, more uniform look at street level.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Film: Darker vision film with lighter transom film
Application: Mixed-use commercial window film for street-level daytime privacy and daylight balance
